If you haven’t seen Monsters vs Aliens, you are missing out.  My daughter is in love with this movie – in fact, it’s the only movie that hasn’t been moved to the new house.  She doesn’t call the movie by it’s real name, she refers to is as Bob Blob, since her favorite character is Bob (who happens to be a blob)

Classic Maddy/Bob blob moments:

***In the beginning when Susan gets hit by the meteor, Maddy always says (with her hands in the air) “What happened?”  Then when Susan appears, Maddy exclaims “There she is!”

***When the President goes to meet the Alien intruder, and starts to play the piano, Maddy stops what she is doing, and instantly shakes her booty, insisting I dance with her as well.  Once the music stops, and the President is breathing heavily, Maddy starts panting, too.

***When the guy is running to the meeting with the President, and has to pass all the security checks, she always giggles when he has to do the “butt scan” and says “heart on his buns, Mama!”

Throughout the movie, she wonders where Bob is, and if she can’t find him, she tells me he is napping.

I am hoping that they come out with a Monsters vs Aliens 2, because I would love to take her to see it in the theaters.  She was a little too little to see it when this one was out in the theaters.  We didn’t even buy the movie until after the Monsters vs Aliens Halloween special came out, and I was forced to watch that 30 minute special over and over again…

Anyways, I hope you enjoy it too.  This has nothing to do with crafting, but something I had to share.
